September 24 2011--Sherman and Hannah

Daddy got involved in a movie about the civil war and Sherman's march through Georgia.  We knew the people doing the movie, and they said that Daddy looked like General Sherman. Soooo, one thing led to another, and after a period of a couple of months waiting, we were informed we were filming in Herman Mo.  The filming was at a reenactment there.  Daddy and I drove down on a Saturday.  On the way down Daddy had to learn his lines.  He has to say, "burn crops, kill livestock and consume anything that will aid the rebels"  But Daddy kept making mistakes and saying, "Kill crops, burn livestock..."  He finally got it right.  At the reenactment, the camera crew set up Sherman's tent in the confederate camp.  Daddy got the award for most makeup in "Sons Of Georgia" Hope you get the idea.  It took awhile.  May it never be forgotten that I held a makeup bag.

Old and grey W.T S.
"I'm gonna make Georgia howl!"
